Terms of Service

The service

Slide Studio lets you generate image slides and carousels for social platforms using AI, manage them in a gallery, and optionally publish them to a connected TikTok account. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Credits and payment

• Generation is paid for with credits. One credit generates one slide; some models and non-Latin languages use more, and the cost is always shown before you generate.
• Credits are a prepaid digital entitlement. They do not expire, and they have no cash value.
• Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By buying credits you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Your content and rights

You keep ownership of the images and text you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, of the slides you generate. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you and, when you ask, publish it to TikTok.

You are responsible for the content you put in and get out. You confirm that you have the rights to any product photos, logos, names, and text you upload, and that your use of the generated slides does not infringe anyone else’s rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy for what is not allowed.

AI-generated content

Slides are produced by AI models. They can contain mistakes, imperfect text, or elements that resemble existing works. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, unique, or free of third-party rights. Review every slide before you publish or use it, and make sure it fits your local advertising and platform rules.

Third-party services

The service connects to third parties including Google (AI generation), TikTok (publishing), and Paddle (payments). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for how they operate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms, and breaking it can lead to suspension or removal of your account.

Service “as is”

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every expectation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
