Acceptable Use Policy

Do not create or publish

• Content that is illegal, or that promotes illegal activity.
• Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights, including using product images, brand names, or logos you do not have the right to use.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes children, in any form.
• Hateful, harassing, or violent content targeting people based on who they are.
• Deceptive claims, fake reviews, or content designed to scam or mislead buyers.
• Impersonation of a real person, brand, or business you are not authorized to represent.
• Regulated-product claims that break the law where your audience is (for example false health, financial, or safety claims).

Do not misuse the service

• Do not try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its security.
• Do not use bots or automated scripts to abuse generation or evade credit limits.
• Do not resell or redistribute access to the service as your own.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to gain access to other users’ accounts or data.

Platform rules still apply

When you publish to TikTok or any other platform, you are responsible for following that platform’s own rules and advertising policies, including any disclosure requirements for AI-generated content. Slide Studio attaches the appropriate AI-generated label when publishing to TikTok, but the content itself is yours to keep compliant.

Enforcement

If you break this policy, we may remove content, suspend generation, or terminate your account, depending on how serious the issue is. Where the law requires it, we may also report certain content to the relevant authorities.
